2. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. No purchase or payment of any kind is needed, and a purchase or payment does not increase your chances of winning. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3. Agreeing to these rules

By joining, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding on everything about the giveaway, and you confirm that you meet every eligibility requirement. You are not eligible to win if you do not meet them or do not follow these rules.

4. Who can enter

Open to legal residents of North Las Vegas, Las Vegas or Henderson (Nevada) who are 18 or older when they enter. Employees, officers, attorneys and contractors of the sponsor, its agencies and prize suppliers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children and their spouses) and household members, cannot enter or win. Everyone else who meets these requirements can enter and win on the same terms, including current and former clients of the sponsor.

5. Dates

The giveaway opened September 25, 2026 at 12:08 PM (Las Vegas time).

Entries close October 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM (Las Vegas time).

Winners are picked by the sponsor after entries close.

6. How to enter

Join PacWest Gives Back for free (first name, email and ZIP code), then tap Join on the giveaway page.

Joining is free and gives you 1 entry. You can earn more entries by doing the free activities listed on the giveaway page. No purchase or payment is ever needed, and paying would not improve your chances. Points turn into entries (1 point = 1 entry).

One account and one joining entry per person. You cannot get extra entries by using more than one email address, identity or device, and fake details or automated tools are not allowed. Entries that are incomplete, false or break these rules may be disqualified. The sponsor's records decide who entered and when.

To be eligible to win, you must also complete these steps on the giveaway page: Share our graphic to your story; Follow us on Instagram. People who have not completed all of them are not included in the drawing.

7. How winners are picked

1 winner is picked at random from all eligible entries, weighted by entries: each entry is one chance. A person can win only once. Winners are never judged, and it does not matter when you joined.

8. Prizes

1 × 2 Tickets + Parking Pass.

Approximate value: $600 each ($600 in total).

Prizes are delivered at no cost to the winner within 30 days after the winner is notified.

Prizes cannot be transferred, traded or exchanged for cash (except cash prizes). The actual value of a prize may differ from the value shown, and any difference is not paid out. If a prize becomes unavailable, the sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any taxes and for any costs of using the prize that these rules do not say the sponsor covers (such as travel, food and parking). Team names in a prize describe the prize only; no team, league or venue sponsors this giveaway.

9. Odds

Your odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries there are.

10. How winners are told

Winners get an email and, if they turned on alerts, a notification. Winners have 72 hours to claim their prize using the link in the email. If a winner does not claim in time or does not qualify, they lose the prize and the next alternate (in the order they were picked) wins instead, with the same time to claim. If no alternate claims, the prize is not awarded. The sponsor is not responsible for messages lost to spam or junk filters, or for wrong or outdated contact details you gave. A winner found to have broken these rules is disqualified.

11. Winner checks

Before a prize is given, a winner may be asked to confirm their identity, age and address, and to sign a short statement that they qualify and accept these rules (and, where the law allows, a release of liability and publicity). A winner who does not do this within the claim time, gives false information, or does not qualify loses the prize, and the next alternate wins instead.

12. Fair play

The sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify anyone who breaks these rules or tampers (or tries to tamper) with the entry process, the drawing or the website, and may void entries that come from multiple accounts, email addresses, identities or devices beyond what these rules allow, or from bots, macros, scripts or other automated tools. Points or entries gained this way are removed. Deliberately damaging the website or undermining how the giveaway runs may break criminal and civil laws, and the sponsor may seek damages to the fullest extent the law allows. The sponsor's decisions about entries and winners are final and binding.

13. Posts and shares

When a way to earn asks you to follow, share or post, what you post must be your own, must follow the rules of that app, and must make clear it is for the PacWest Sweepstakes. Do not post anything false, hurtful, or that you do not have the right to share. You are responsible for what you post. The sponsor may check any post and take back points for posts that do not follow these rules.

14. What you post

Anything you post or send for this giveaway must be your own original work and must not break anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights. If someone makes a claim against the sponsor because of what you posted or sent, you agree to cover the sponsor's resulting costs, as far as the law allows. You let the sponsor view, check and keep what you post or send only to run and verify this giveaway. Any other use needs your permission first.

15. Your name and picture

The winners list shows only a winner's first name, last initial and city. The sponsor will use a winner's name, photo, voice or story in any other promotion only if the winner agrees to it separately.

16. Not legal advice

This giveaway is a community promotion. Entering, winning, or talking with the sponsor about the giveaway does not create an attorney-client relationship, and nothing about it is legal advice or an offer of legal services. Entering or winning never depends on hiring the sponsor, reviewing the sponsor, or referring anyone to the sponsor.

17. Release and limits of liability

By entering, you agree, as far as the law allows, to release and hold harmless Pacific West Injury Law and its owners, members, affiliates, employees, officers, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, service providers, successors and assigns (the "released parties") from any liability, claim, loss, damage, illness, injury or death, whether or not caused by negligence, that comes directly or indirectly from: (1) entering or taking part in the giveaway, or accepting, having, using or misusing any prize; (2) technical failures of any kind, including phones, computers, networks, hardware, software, apps or websites (such as Instagram, Facebook and ManyChat); (3) phone, internet or other services being down or unreachable; (4) anyone interfering with the giveaway without permission; or (5) electronic or human error in running the giveaway or handling entries, including late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries and printing or typing errors. Prizes are given as they are; any warranty is only the one given by the prize maker. This release does not cover gross negligence, willful misconduct or fraud by a released party, and nothing in these rules limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

20. Social networks

This giveaway is run only by the sponsor. It is not sponsored, endorsed or run by, or connected with, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, ManyChat or any other social network or app used to share it, and you release them from any claims about it.

21. Disputes

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. As a condition of entering, and as far as the law allows, you agree that: before filing any claim, you will first email the sponsor at hello@pacwestgiveaways.com and give it 30 days to try to resolve it; any dispute or claim about this giveaway that is not resolved will be brought individually, without any class action, only in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada (small claims court is always an option); any claim must be filed within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred; YOU AND THE SPONSOR EACH GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL; you cannot recover, and you give up any right to, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or attorneys' fees, and any award is limited to your actual out-of-pocket costs of entering (if any); and you give up any right to have damages multiplied or increased.

22. General

If fraud, a technical failure, a natural disaster, a public emergency or anything else outside the sponsor's control affects the fairness or running of the giveaway, the sponsor may cancel, pause or change it, as the law allows, and may pick winners from the eligible entries received before the problem. Any change to these rules is dated on this page. If any part of these rules is found invalid, the rest still applies. The sponsor's records, including the time of each entry, are the official record. If these rules and any ad, post, email or other message about the giveaway say different things, these rules control. The sponsor not enforcing a part of these rules is not a waiver of it.
